Impact Uganda

Impact Uganda is a DBA of Impact World Change, Inc., a 501 (c)(3) based in  Minnesota. Impact World Change partners with missional churches and Gospel-centered ministries to mobilize support-based workers for the Great Commission. When you give, your contribution makes a difference in the life of a missionary and unreached people across the world.

Impact Uganda is a ministry dedicated to serving vulnerable families and children in rural Uganda. Led by Dr. William Kyagulanyi, who has experienced the hardships of growing up in an under-resourced community, this ministry focuses on meeting the physical and spiritual needs of those facing poverty, hunger, and a lack of access to clean water and education. Impact Uganda works to provide sustainable solutions through well drilling, food provision, faith-based education, and church planting—bringing hope, health, and lasting change to communities in need.

Dr. William Kyagulanyi, Kampala Uganda

We support Dr. William Kyagulanyi and his ministry in Uganda, a faith-based initiative dedicated to providing clean water, education, food, and spiritual development to underserved communities across rural Uganda.

The people we serve in Uganda are among the most vulnerable, many living in extreme poverty and facing challenges such as lack of clean water, limited access to education, food insecurity, and spiritual neglect. Impact Uganda was established through the faithful leadership of Dr. William Kyagulanyi, who answered God’s call to bring hope and transformation to rural communities. Alongside a dedicated team, Dr. William has embraced this mission with love, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment—working to provide sustainable access to clean water, education, food, and the Gospel message.

Dr. William Kyagulany

Uganda Field Director & Well Ministry Specialist

Dr. William Kyagulanyi serves as the Uganda Field Director for Impact World Change, leading our efforts to bring clean water, education, food provision, and the message of Jesus Christ to rural communities across Uganda. As a certified well-drilling specialist, licensed by the Ugandan government, Dr. William oversees our Well Ministry, providing sustainable groundwater access to villages and schools that lack safe drinking water.

With a deep commitment to both physical and spiritual transformation, Dr. William’s leadership extends beyond well drilling. He actively directs initiatives to build schools and churches, offering education, job skills development, and faith-based outreach to some of Uganda’s most disadvantaged areas. His work includes feeding programs that provide nutritious meals to vulnerable families, along with agricultural education to promote long-term food security.
